Keyword Opportunity

For US research, collect market volume and rank opportunities only on explicit request with suitable third-party market data. If those data are unavailable, report the dependency and skip ranking. Product fit and page-type decisions can still proceed. Start with the goal and candidate tasks from keyword-clustering or the user. Assess reachable audience, fit with current capabilities, value of the next action, competing results and cost to deliver. Compare opportunities within the target market and channel. Treat unsupported capabilities as product signals.

For measured volume, difficulty, CPC, impressions or conversions, retain source, geography, date or reporting period and metric definition. Distinguish site impressions from market volume. Missing data stays unknown. Search suggestions and competitor coverage guide investigation. Avoid a universal volume cutoff or a synthetic score that implies precision.

Return pursue, investigate or defer per opportunity, with the supporting observation and what would change the decision. Pass priority clusters to keyword-mapping when website placement is requested, or to the appropriate downstream channel.
