Description
SkillDeck Manager is for teams and solo builders who keep AI agent skills in one canonical library and need those skills reflected across Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Copilot, OpenCode, Cursor, Kiro, and other local agent runtimes. It explains the SkillDeck filesystem model, lock file, cache boundaries, symlink conventions, assignment rules, and cleanup paths so an assistant can reason about skill availability without corrupting the shared store. The result is a repo-level operating guide for maintaining cross-agent skill libraries from natural-language requests.
