Description
This repo provides two skills for managing AI agent skills at scale. The skillpack-creator extracts the stable workflow from a completed task and packages it into a distributable SkillPack with local skills, scripts, and starter prompts. The skill-creator helps build, test, and improve individual skills within a pack, syncing metadata automatically. Together they give engineering managers, platform teams, and agent builders a repeatable way to turn one-off work into shared automation.
