Description

This skill walks IT business analysts through a structured four-step process: classify the input, scope the use case with Cockburn's goal levels, write each of the 13 fields one section at a time, and validate against a 20-point quality checklist. It enforces the Karl Wiegers/IIBA template and helps BAs produce specifications that development and testing teams can rely on.
