Use the diagnose skill. Given [a short description of the startup], [what customers currently do], [recent traction or conversion evidence], and [the problems I am seeing], identify the most likely one of the five failure modes, explain the evidence briefly, and recommend the single next Founder Playbook skill to use. Ask only for essential missing information.
Use the mom-test skill. I am interviewing [customer segment] about [problem area]. Draft five questions focused on their specific past behavior, plus one follow-up for handling compliments, one for vague generalizations, and one for uncovering the motivation behind a feature request. Do not pitch my idea.
Use the storybrand skill. Review [current homepage headline and subheadline] for [product or service], serving [target customer] with [main problem and desired outcome]. Draft one clearer headline and subheadline that position the customer as the hero and the brand as the guide, then briefly explain what confusion they remove.
